House Build in Newbury, Berks

We were approached by a regular customer of ours with a set of drawings for a new 5-bedroom property to replace an existing agricultural building. This was one of our chances to run our estimating service, from the foundations, block and brickwork all the way up to the custom roof trusses.

Offering a complementary brick match to the local colours of the area, keeping with these colours but with high quality in mind. Custom made GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) brick arches & chimneys, specialist hard-to-find aggregates direct to site & many more materials were supplied and delivered. With limited site access our fantastic drivers managed to deliver as close to the property as they could, ensuring ease of material movement for the customer. On top of all the building materials, we also supplied many landscaping products such as the yorkstone paving stones.

Starting with the estimating service, our team met with the customer to discuss product needs and supply demands. Once our team then contacted all relevant suppliers, we were able to specify measurements, order & deliver when needed. Take a look into this fantastic project below.
