Hanson Natural Hydraulic Lime (NHL) 3.5 is a moderately hydraulic lime that conforms to BS EN 459-1, strength class 3.5. This product is suitable for mortar, render, and plaster applications, making it ideal for both new build projects and restoration work. The NHL 3.5 provides excellent workability, good water retention, and enhances the durability of lime-based mortars, particularly in external applications and varying UK climate conditions.
Key Uses:
• Masonry Mortars: Ideal for stone, tile, brick, and block laying, especially where the strength of natural stone or soft bricks needs to be complemented.
• Rendering and Plastering: Suitable for both internal and external applications, providing a breathable and flexible finish that can adapt to weather changes without cracking.
• Architectural Finishes: High whiteness makes it suitable for architectural projects, and it can be pigmented to match specific restoration needs.
